I rented a unit for years there was minimal complaints from me I’d say the biggest issue is when they re did the road all the dust and debris for inside the unit that was disappointing and frustrating. After new owners took over they increased the rate which is fine and to be somewhat expected but they never notified us of the changes when speaking to an office lady about this not being right and should at least notify us she was extremely rude and nasty with me.The rate was still cheaper than other places around however respect is worth a lot and I moved unit strictly because of how the new management treated me.

Had a rental unit here for almost ten years. Company was bought out and rent was raised by $50 in one month. Moved out immediately.

The facility was alright, the company was amazing, but once a larger company purchased the storage place, it went down hill significantly. Prices are now the same as indoor, temperature-controlled facilities, but the only change was a fancier gate entry keypad.Service reps were nice for the most part, but I was told at least 12 times that management would get back to me and there wasn't a single time that actually happened. The woman labeled as management also never answered her calls during business hours, either.

Each time I called the person on the other end was super kind and happy to help me. They answered all my questions without making me feel bad for having them, and they were great to talk to. Y’all are doing something right with your staff for them to be that amazing.

Getting a storage unit was quick and easy, we needed a last minute storage and we had one locked down in under 25 mins. Our representative “Frances” was super cool and understanding.Only reason we didn’t give it a 5 star was because our lock wasn’t in the storage so we had to go back and forth waiting for a solution, but Frances walked us through and provided solutions.

Managed remotely and if something is wrong it is almost impossible to get help. Typical big corporate buy out that leaves customer service to dangle in the wind. Front gate is broken and left wide open.The online sign up does not work as it should and there is no help availible other than a call service that can not actually help if you need it. Storage units are in poor condition, definitely a lot of maintinence needed at this site.

I had a very good experience with the lady I talk to on the phone she helped quick answered all my questions promptly. The storage unit we rented is the prefect size and the price is reasonable. I recommended AA Access Storage to everyone.

Good service and grounds keeping. So far quite secure, there are locks that are unique to each unit along with a passcode protected, gated, fence around the entire compound. The units themselves are well built and are a great size for the price.
